At Guitar Kit Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your build, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unstarted kits and accessories. Please ensure items are in their original packaging with all components included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Kit

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping box, ensuring all hardware, wood components, and electronics are securely padded.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our luthiers inspect the returned kit for modifications or damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
